Method: Strategic intelligence is the process of identifying and analyzing information about an organization’s environment. It is an indispensable element of the “Future Exploration” stage which should not rely solely on statistical modeling or on innovation support methods for developing solutions and analyzing scenarios of possible actions. Strategic intelligence complements these methods with valuable information about the actual actions of competitors.
