The task:
Our client, the largest Polish federation of private employers, started an internal research and analytical center. Its intended mission was to support advocacy on behalf of affiliated companies by providing reliable data. The customer saw the need for a strategy and an objective, participative research program for this new cell, so as to reflect the needs of a broad group of affiliated companies rather than just some of the largest corporations.
Our solution:
We used our proprietary IT tool for Delphi studies to confront expectations as to the new centre. The study involved several dozen internal and external experts selected by the client.
The effects from the client’s perspective:
Within a short time, the client’s research and analysis center formulated a long-term strategy, based on the results of the Delphi study.
